What an automated audit cannot do
Software catches the common, testable problems. It cannot judge whether alt text is accurate, whether a video has captions, or whether a keyboard user can finish your checkout. That is why every fix we do includes a manual review. The audit is not legal advice, and no honest provider can promise you will never receive a complaint.

What is ADA website compliance?
The Americans with Disabilities Act requires businesses open to the public to be accessible to people with disabilities, and courts have applied that to websites. In practice it means your site should meet WCAG 2.1 AA, the technical standard most complaints and settlements use.
Is WCAG 2.1 AA the legal standard?
For private businesses the ADA does not name a technical standard for websites. WCAG 2.1 AA is the one courts, settlements and demand letters point to, and it is the standard the Department of Justice adopted in 2024 for state and local government websites.
How much does it cost to fix accessibility issues?
It depends on how many issues the audit finds and where they are. Contrast and alt text are quick; a theme that cannot be used with a keyboard takes longer. You get a fixed price from your audit before any work starts.
Do accessibility overlays or widgets fix the problem?
No. Toolbar overlays sit on top of the page and do not fix the underlying code, and sites that use them still receive complaints. We fix the site itself.
Will this make my website ADA compliant?
We fix every issue the audit and our manual review find, and give you a before and after report of what changed. That is the strongest position a small business can be in. We do not give legal advice, and nobody can honestly guarantee you will never receive a complaint.
Do you fix sites that are not on WordPress?
The audit works on any website. We fix WordPress sites directly. On Squarespace, Wix or Shopify some fixes depend on what the platform allows, and the quote says which ones we can make.
